TGS Gems Lapis Lazuli Irish Worry Stone Review

When I was a kid I had a terrible habit of chewing my nails. It was all anxiety based. It was so bad that I would end up chewing the whole dang thing off at times. Well, fast forward many years, and I have a 13 year old son who chews his nails fairly bad. Anxiety runs in the family , apparently, so does nail biting.
 When I was young, my mom tried everything, including that nasty nail biting nail polish. That didn't even deter me. I still chewed away.
 What dis work, was using a worry stone. It really helped to relieve the anxiety and I had something else to fidget with, which in turn , kept my nails away from my mouth.
 I had the chance to check out a Lapis Lazuli Worry Stone by TGS Gems as a product test and I decided that would be something I am interested in as it could help my son.

Some health benefits the stone is said to have is to lower blood pressure, help with inflammation, ease the nervous system, help with breathing, aid depression, and even help with insomnia. As you can see in the above photo, this stone is a beautiful marbled looking blue stone. It is even more impressive in person. The stone is not thin or easily breakable. It is beautiful and high quality. It comes in a very nice carrying bag that you can keep in your pocket to protect your stone.

This stone is worth the cost. Lapis Lazuli can be expensive, but, I think this stone is fair in price.
I am happy to say that this has been working for my son. He has been focusing his nervous energy on the stone rather than continuing to chew his nails to nubs.
